The live dashboard explains what is happening across channels and SKUs. The Goal Planner converts a selected business goal into feasible, trackable actions.

01

Live Dashboard

Unifies revenue, variable costs, contribution margin, orders, AOV, SKU performance, channel performance and SKU × channel economics.

02

Goal Planner

Lets a team choose growth-first, profitable growth or margin improvement goals and understand whether the target is realistic.

03

Recommendation Workflow

Creates weekly action cards, tracks whether humans applied them and compares before/after performance.

Who it is for

For brands and teams making weekly ecommerce decisions.

Margilo AI is for consumer brands that sell through their own website and marketplaces, and need a clearer way to decide what to push, repair, price, bundle or pause.

A

Who uses it

Founders and commerce heads who set revenue or margin targets.
Ecommerce, marketplace and category managers who decide SKU-channel priorities.
Growth and performance teams deciding where to allocate spend.
Finance or ops teams supporting margin, inventory and cost visibility.
B

What it solves

Fragmented revenue, cost and margin visibility across channels.
Unclear feasibility of growth or margin targets.
Manual SKU-level decisions around ads, discounts, bundles, inventory and listing fixes.
Weak tracking of whether recommended actions were applied and whether they worked.
Workflow

From goal to action to impact.

The workflow is the operating loop: set a business goal, test feasibility, diagnose SKUs, review recommendations, track execution and measure impact.

1. Set goalGrowth-first, profitable growth or margin improvement.
2. Check feasibilityTarget realism, budget fit, SKU depth and constraints.
3. Diagnose SKUsClassify all active SKUs into decision buckets.
4. Review actionsPricing, promo, ad, inventory, PDP and bundle recommendations.
5. Track executionHumans mark actions as approved, applied, deferred or not applied.
6. Measure impactBefore/after view of revenue, CM, AOV, spend and returns.
Goal modes

Different brands need different paths.

Margilo AI does not force every brand into the same definition of success. It changes recommendation logic based on the selected goal mode.

Growth-first

Scale revenue and orders

CM is tracked as a trade-off, while recommendations prioritize revenue momentum, order velocity, CAC, inventory and return risk.

Profitable growth

Grow with CM guardrails

Growth recommendations are filtered through contribution margin, discount, ad and channel economics.

Margin improvement

Repair leakage

Margilo identifies high-revenue low-CM SKUs, discount leakage, ad waste, return-heavy SKUs and price-repair opportunities.

Recommendations

Concrete action cards, not generic AI advice.

Each recommendation is reviewable and human-approved before execution.

Recommendation type
Example action
Why it matters
Growth push
Add ₹18K spend for 7 days on Black Oversized Tee. Expected revenue: +₹60K–₹80K. Stop if CAC crosses ₹260.
Concentrates growth budget on SKUs with demand, inventory and acceptable CAC.
Pricing & promo
Reduce Amazon coupon from ₹100 to ₹50 for 7 days. Expected CM improvement: +₹8K–₹12K.
Repairs margin leakage without blindly cutting growth.
Inventory guardrail
Do not scale Red Hoodie. Inventory cover is 1.4 weeks. Move ₹10K growth spend to Black Tee.
Prevents stockouts and wasted demand generation.
Bundle / AOV
Test Tee + Cap bundle at ₹1,349 for 7 days. Target AOV uplift: +8–12%, CM guardrail: ≥22%.
Improves AOV and contribution margin without blanket discounting.

Any access to business systems, exports, APIs or third-party tools should be authorised by the relevant business.
